We assist with the preparation and submission of business name registrations. Final approval is determined solely by ASIC. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by ASIC or incorrect information provided by you.
Domain registration, hosting, and email services are provided through trusted Australian suppliers. While we manage setup and support, we cannot guarantee uptime, availability, or performance of third‑party systems.
You are responsible for keeping login details secure and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.
All design work is created specifically for your business. Printing is coordinated through reputable suppliers and delivered white‑label. Colours, finishes, and materials may vary slightly due to printing processes.
Final approval of artwork is required before printing. Once approved, changes cannot be made without additional cost.
All pricing is provided upfront. Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. For ongoing services (such as hosting), renewal fees must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
Because our services involve time, labour, and third‑party costs, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly.
